SPARTANBURG, S.C. - The USC Upstate volleyball team finished their season with a record of 23-11 overall, and 6-6 in the Peach Belt Conference. Here are some highlights from their season:

* Head Coach Jennifer Calloway had her seventh season of 20 or more wins.

* Mandy Rupert was named Peach Belt Player of the Week three times.

* The Spartans reached the PBC tournament semi-finals.

* Rupert ranked 25th in the nation in kills per game.

* Rupert, a senior, ranked high in several statistical categories in the PBC: - Fifth in hitting percentage
- First in kills per game
- Eleventh in aces per game
- Tenth in digs per game

* Freshman Jesicah Ambrisco ranked high in several statistical categories in the PBC: - Ninth in hitting percentage
- Fifth in kills per game

* Freshman Katie Downey ranked high in several statistical categories in the PBC: - Seventh in aces per game
- Seventh in blocks per game

* Freshman Morgan Bucciferro ranked high in several statistical categories in the PBC: - Fifth in assists per game
- Fourteenth in aces per game

* Sophomore Holly Mauldin ranked eighth in the PBC in assists per game.

* Freshman Rachel Olds ranked fourth in the PBC in digs per game.

* Freshman Christina McLean ranked fifth in the PBC in digs per game.

* Rupert broke three career records at USC Upstate during the season: - Attacks (4567)
- Kills (1740)
- Aces (223)

* Rupert finished second all-time in digs at USC Upstate with 1499.

* Five seniors ended their career at USC Upstate this year: - Mandy Rupert
- Kristen Kunz
- Lauren Mrowcynzski
- Annie Holcombe
- Lindsey Graue
