Saw limited action last season while recovering from knee surgery that prematurely ended her freshman season in 2007... worked throughout the year to get back in playing shape... had a tremendous fall season and is expected to be the starter at third when season begins... has gained consistency at the plate and is back to full speed defensively.

2008: Saw limited action due to recovery from knee surgery her freshman year... had only eight at-bats... drew one walk on the season... had six putouts and 11 assists at third on the year.

2007: Had a promising freshman season cut short midway through the year with a torn ACL... had stepped into the starting position at third early in the season... played in 22 games, starting 15 at third... struck out just five times in 45 at bats... walked six times... was 2-for-2 in the second game of the doubleheader with Georgia College & State (Mar. 6)... collected two hits and two runs in the 5-2 win over Fairmont State (Mar. 10)... was 2-for-5 with an RBI and a run in the thrilling 12-10 win over Francis Marion (Mar. 14)... tore her ACL in the first game of the doubleheader sweep of Georgia Southwestern (Mar. 21), ending her season.

High School: Lettered five times in softball and twice in volleyball... finished her career with a .285 batting average... a two-time Best Defensive Player selection for Gaffney High School... earned the team's Most Improved award... also earned the Coaches Award... earned All-Tournament honors at the Gene Lee Tournament... served as Team Captain as a senior... also played summer travel ball with the Palmetto Gators... also a standout in the classroom... earned the Teaching Fellows Scholarship.
