Spartanburg, S.C. - The USC Upstate cheerleading squad will hold its final tryout sessions for the 2009-10 season September 9-10 at the Carolina Cheerleading Spartanburg facility, announced head coach Brandy Landey Wednesday.

The final cheerleading tryouts will be held to fill out the squad for the upcoming year. The tryouts will consist of two sessions. The first is a tryout clinic on Wednesday, September 9. The second session will take place on Thursday, September 10. Anyone interested in becoming a Spartan cheerleader must contact head coach Brandy Laney at uniteduc04@yahoo.com and she will reply with the necessary forms that must be filled out for the tryout sessions.
