A tireless recruiter, Glass helped bring in a class of nine players to the Spartans for their first season at the Division I level and in the Atlantic Sun Conference. The class includes four backcourt players, including NJCAA-scoring champ Cherale Powell and Charlotte Observer Player of the Year Tiffany Whiting.

Working with the guards, Glass has helped develop Courtney Bradley at point guard, as the court general averaged 8.1 points and 4.4 assists a game as a sophomore. Bradley led the Spartans in minutes in 2006-07.

Glass came to USC Upstate after playing for four years on the women's basketball team at Division I Western Carolina in Cullowhee, NC. She was a fixture in the Lady Catamounts lineup for all four years, starting 97 of the 119 games she played, including all 32 during her senior season. She led Western Carolina with 3.2 assists per game in 2004-05 and finished her career with 363 assists and a 3.1 apg average. She averaged 3.3 points per game during her time in Cullowhee. As a freshman, she earned Southern Conference All-Freshman honors.

During her four years at Western Carolina, Glass led the Catamounts to a 70-49 record and helped the team to its first-ever Southern Conference championship and NCAA Tournament appearance as a senior in 2004-05. She helped the team to back-to-back SoCon Championship games as a junior and senior, eventually leading the team to a dramatic, 97-95, double-overtime win in the SoCon Championship game as a senior, dishing out a school-record 14 assists in the game.

In addition to her basketball accomplishments at Western Carolina, Glass also volunteered as a Project C.A.R.E. counselor. She helped serve food to local patrons of the Community Table and assisted in the Adopt-a-Highway and River Clean-up programs in Cullowhee. She also worked in summer basketball camps as a counselor and was a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

A native of College Park, Ga., Glass was an All-State selection as a senior at North Atlanta High School. As a junior, she was the North Georgia Player of the Year, All-City Player of the Year, and an All-State selection and led her team to the 3A state championship. She helped lead North Atlanta to a second-place finish as a senior after the school moved up to 4A status. The Atlanta All-City Player of the Year as a sophomore, she was also a two-time honorable mention All-American by Street & Smith and helped lead her AAU team as runner-ups in the 2001 AA National Championships.
