Returns to the team after season-ending knee surgery that kept him out off of the field in 2007... gained valuable experience as a junior in 2006 after transferring into the program from Spartanburg Methodist... his tall frame and athleticism is a terrific combination... has command of the box... a heady player with solid ability. 2007: Did not play after missing the season with season-ending knee surgery. 2006: Saw action in four games... started twice... tallied a 1.62 goals against average... recorded seven saves in 223 minutes in the net for the Spartans... was credited with two wins on the year... played the entire 90 minutes to pick up wins against King (5-2, Aug. 29) and Montreat (3-2, Sept. 14)... played 31 minutes to assist in the 4-0 shutout of Milligan (Sept. 23)... saw action in 11 minutes to help combine for the 4-0 shutout of Francis Marion (Oct. 7). Spartanburg Methodist: Started for the Pioneers for two seasons... had a solid junior college career... a two-time Region X All-Region Team member... a two-time team Most Valuable Player. High School: Graduated from Seneca High School in 2004... lettered four times on the varsity squad... broke all goalkeeping records at Seneca... a two-time All-Region selection... named All-State as a senior... collected four assists from his goalkeeper position... a team Most Valuable Player award winner.
