2006-07: Had a tremendous season for the Spartans... recorded his third straight 90-steal season... ranked fourth on the team and 29th in the Peach Belt Conference with 10.8 points per game... ranked third in the league with 4.58 assists per game... led the conference with 3.46 steals per outing, nearly a full steal per game better than second place... was second in the nation in steals per game... also averaged 3.2 rebounds per game... reached double figures 15 times in 26 games... had four or more steals on 12 occasions... had six or more assists nine times... recorded his first and only double-double of his career with 10 points and 12 assists against UNC Pembroke (Feb. 10), leading Upstate to a 64-47 victory... began the season with three straight double figure games, finishing with 11, 12, and 13 points against Bellarmine (Nov. 17), Newberry (Nov. 18), and Catawba (Nov. 21)... had 15 points, six assists and six steals in the 73-70 win at Mars Hill (Dec. 10)... tallied 10 points, eight dimes and six steals in the 87-75 victory over Catawba (Dec. 16)... finished with 14 points, seven assists and five steals in the 68-63 win over Columbus State (Jan. 20)... had 17 points and four assists against Georgia College & State (Jan. 27)... finished with 20 points and seven dimes in the 75-57 victory over USC Aiken (Feb. 14)... scored a career-high 21 points to go with six assists in the 69-52 win over UNC Pembroke (Feb. 25).
2005-06: Was the starting point guard for the Spartans... played in and started all 30 games... averaged 9.6 points and 2.8 rebounds per game... dished out 141 assists... tallied 90 steals... scored in double figures 14 times... had four or more steals on 14 occasions... ranked fifth in the Peach Belt Conference with 4.7 assists per game... led the league with 3.0 steals per contest... ranked fourth in the conference with a 1.64 assist-to-turnover ratio... had 16 points and seven assists in the 78-69 victory at Lenoir-Rhyne (Nov. 19)... tallied 14 points and seven assists in the 75-64 victory over Limestone (Nov. 26)... had 10 points, four rebounds, six assists, and six steals in the 82-65 win over UNC Pembroke (Dec. 3)... finished with nine points, seven assists, and four steals in the 89-72 victory at North Georgia (Jan. 7)... tallied 10 points and six assists in the 96-76 victory versus Georgia College & State University (Jan. 11)... contributed 16 points, four assists, and five steals in the 69-62 win at USC Aiken (Jan. 14)... had 21 points and four steals at Columbus State (Feb. 1)... tallied 21 points, six assists, and five steals at Lander (Feb. 6)... finished with 12 points and three assists to help the Spartans snap a five-game losing streak with a 71-56 win over USC Aiken (Feb. 18)... tallied nine points, seven assists, and eight steals in the 77-63 victory over Augusta State (Feb. 25)... had a tremendous Peach Belt Conference Tournament... averaged 15.0 points, 2.3 rebounds, 5.0 assists, and 3.7 steals per game in leading the Spartans to the tournament title... had 15 points, four assists, and five steals in the 69-68 victory over Clayton State (Mar. 3)... added 16 points and six assists in the 76-65 victory over Lander (Mar. 4)... finished with 14 points, five rebounds, five assists, and four steals in the 73-49 victory over Armstrong Atlantic State in the championship game (Mar. 5)... had 11 points and four steals in the first round of the NCAA Tournament against Columbus State (Mar. 11).
2004-05: Had a solid freshman season... started 12 games for the Spartans in place of injured starter C.J. Paul (older brother of New Orleans Hornet Chris Paul)... despite playing 21 minutes a game, tallied 94 steals... averaged 5.9 points and 1.9 rebounds per game... dished out 89 assists on the year... scored in double figures five times... had four or more steals on 11 occasions... had 12 points, seven assists, and six steals in his second collegiate game and first career start in the 103-69 victory over Southern Wesleyan (Nov. 19)... had eight points and four steals in the 67-61 victory over Presbyterian (Nov. 23)... had nine points, eight rebounds, and seven steals in the 73-59 victory at Wingate (Jan. 2)... finished with 16 points, eight assists, and nine steals in the 78-67 win over USC Aiken (Feb. 16)... had 11 points and four steals in the 71-70 victory at Armstrong Atlantic State (Feb. 19)... finished with 12 points and six assists in the 81-64 victory over Lander (Feb. 23)... tallied 18 points and four steals in the 79-63 victory over Augusta State in the semifinals of the Peach Belt Conference Tournament (Mar. 5)... had seven points, six steals, and three assists in the 63-59 victory over Winston-Salem State in the first round of the NCAA Tournament (Mar. 12).
High School: Lettered three times in basketball at Berea High School... averaged 18 points, three rebounds, and five steals per game as a senior... finished his career with 1,160 career points... a team Most Valuable Player - Defense and Most Valuable Player - Offense selection... also a standout in the classroom... an A/B Honor Roll student.
