2009 Outdoor: Won the 1,500-meter run at the Furman Invitational (4:45.46) and took third in the 800 meters (4/11) ... Finished second in the 1,500 meters and fifth in the 800 meters at the 49er Classic, posting season-best finishes in both events and setting a school record in the 800 with a time of 2:17.75 (3/21) ... Competed in the 5,000-meter run at the Raleigh Relays, winning her section of 38 runners with a time of 17:24.30 (3/27) ... Competed in the prestigious Penn Relays for the second-straight year, posting a 24th-place finish in the 5,000 meters with a career-best and school-record time of 17:23.33 (4/23) ... Helped the women post a school record in the 1,600-meter relay at the Wofford Dual Meet, finishing in 4:14.37 (4/17).

2008-09 Indoor: Named team MVP ... Took first-place in the 5,000-meter run at the A-Sun Championships with a school-record time of 17:32.95 (2/20) ... 2008 XC: Finished 34th at the A-Sun Championships ... Finished first among 311 runners at the Eye Opener Invitational (9/6), helping lead the team to a sixth-place finish, and was the first women in the history of Upstate to win the race ... Finished second at the Blue Ridge Open (10/17) with a season-best time of 18:20, leading the women to a 12th-place finish of 26 teams ... Finished third at the Mercer Invitational (9/27), leading the Spartans to a season-best fourth-place finish of 24 teams ... Took fourth-place at the Furman Invitational (10/11) and seventh-place at the Winthrop Invitational (9/20) ... Notched five top-ten finishes and four top-five finishes ... 2007-08 Indoor: Earned Atlantic Sun Conference Most Outstanding Runner and Most Outstanding Freshman awards at the Atlantic Sun Conference Championships (3/1-2) ... Claimed medalist honors in the mile run, the 3,000 meters and the 5,000 meters ... Posted a 10:10.31 time in the 3,000 meters for her first title of the meet (3/1) ... Added a 17:43.38 in the 5,000 meters for her second title and wrapped up with a 5:16.60 mile run for her third win (3/2) ... Passed three runners in final lap to take mile title ... Set school records in the 800 meters, 3,000 meters, 5,000 meters and the mile run ... Finished fifth in the 3,000 meters at the Tiger Invitational with a time of 10:03.78, setting a school record (2/15) ... Finished in seventh at the Clemson Invitational in both the mile run and the 3,000 meters (1/18-19).

2007 XC: Earned Atlantic Sun Conference Freshman of the Year honors along with spots on the All-Atlantic Sun and Atlantic Sun All-Freshman teams ... Named team's Most Outstanding Runner ... Finished second at the Atlantic Sun Conference Championships with a school-record 5k time of 18:08, just 17 seconds behind the medalist (10/28) ... Was Spartans' top runner all season long, finishing in the top 10 in all six races ... Won her first career race with a time of 18:14 at The Citadel Invitational (9/29) ... Finished seventh at the Gamecock Invitational, the Spartans' first cross country race in three years (8/31) ... Finished eighth at the Eye Opener and fourth at Charlotte Invitational (9/22) ... Took fourth at the Furman Invitational to earn her first Atlantic Sun Conference Runner of the Week honors (10/13).
