Started in 2007 by Associate Athletic Director for Compliance Scott Larson, the Student-Athlete Newsletter is a semesterly publication of the USC Upstate Compliance Office, ensuring that Upstate's student-athletes are aware of current legislation in the NCAA and contains several tidbits of information about the NCAA and Atlantic Sun.
