8:15 a.m. Check in at Dorms for Residential Campers (LOCATION TBA) 9:00 a.m. Check in for Commuting Campers at Dorms 9:15 a.m. Meet in Dorm lobby dressed to walk to practice fields 9:30 a.m. Staff Introductions/Warm up with Dynamic Stretching 9:45 a.m. Field Session I- Speed of play and Positive Possession (GK Session) 12:00 p.m. Lunch/Rest 1:45 p.m. Meet in dorm lobby dressed to walk to practice fields 2:00 p.m. Balancing School and Athletics: Panel Discussion-What is it like to be a college student? What is it really like to play college soccer? Discussions on time management, choosing college majors, demands of college soccer, typical schedule, recruiting process through the players' eyes etc. 2:45 p.m. Field Training Session II- Switching the point, Flank play, box organization (GK Session) 5:00 p.m. Dinner 6:15 p.m. Meet in dorm lobby dressed to walk to practice fields 6:30 p.m. Field Session III- Games (GK play with teams) 9:00 p.m. Team Challenges-Practical teambuilding ideas to bring back to your team! 11:00 p.m. All campers in their Dorm Suites
Day 2 7:15 a.m. Wake-up 7:30 a.m. Breakfast (resident campers only) 8:45 a.m. Meet in dorm lobby dressed to walk to practice fields 9:00 a.m. Warm-up with Dynamic stretching 9:15 a.m. Footwork, Speed, and Agility- How to make yourself faster! 10:00 a.m. Why is a Big Mac not a great Pre-game meal?-discussions on the best nutritional choices to help you perform at your best 10:15 a.m. Field Session IV- Attacking/Finishing (GK session 30 minutes then with teams) 12:00 p.m. Lunch 1:00 p.m. Tour-optional (Tour will start and end at the Health Education Center-Parents Welcome) 1:45 p.m. Team Challenges- Practical teambuilding ideas to take back to your team! 2:45 p.m. Field Session V-Games (Parents Welcome) 4:30 p.m. College Coaches Panel- Recruiting discussion by coaches regarding current and former NCAA Division I, II, and III coaches to discuss the demands of college soccer, NCAA Eligibility Center, creating a Player Profile, highlight DVD's, etc (Parents welcome!) (LOCATION TBA) 5:00 p.m. Wrap Up/Turn in keys
